Since its foundation in 1997, PC119 has always been there for you to provide the best IT service.
For the last decade we have accumulated knowhow and technologies to strengthen strategic ties with top noted
businesses at home and abroad. The efforts have led to the expansion of our business in the field of not only A/S of home
appliancces and computing products but also delivery, and installation using the logistics network and up to online services.
In the wake of the dawning age of ubiquitous, businesses must meet the customer limitless satisfaction demand. Moreover,
business perception in customer service outsourcing has changed from 'placing an order outside as a cost effective agent some
part of works' to 'seeking partner with expertise and profound expriences to have growth and survivval strategies together'.
In line with the recent trend, PC 119 has established anaintegrated infrastructurre to operate a call center and field service
systematically and professionally. Furthermore, we laid a firm foundation to translate busines CRM policy into maximum customer
satisfaction by analyzing and informing customer voice in carious ways.
Thanks to our constant effort in CS activities, PC 119 received Certiticate of Excellent After-Service Company from the Ministry
of Knowledge Economy in 2004. In 2007, we received ISO9001 authentication and was designated as a INNO-BIZ.
However, we are not complacent at the achievementts in the past. We continue to do our best to be more competitive
through CS process innovation.
